I wanted to share my experience with Kasper consulting. We had two major problems to solve, primarily around Loan Management System.

1. Data Migration from legacy to new loan management system

Saudi Hollandi Bank has recently engaged Kasper Consulting to help us evaluate an industry-best retail Loan Origination System covering all retail asset products (Personal Loans, Credit Cards and Housing Finance loans). Saudi Hollandi Bank has recently engaged Kasper Consulting to help us evaluate an industry-best retail Loan Origination System covering all retail asset products (Personal Loans, Credit Cards and Housing Finance loans). The fitment has to be from a functional, Technical and implementation perspective. The Kasper team prepared our Business Requirements Document covering Sales, Operations, Risk and Product areas. They went about in a very methodical manner engaging with our users, analyzing the as-is business processes and bringing the global best practices to prepare a comprehensive document.
